PILDAT has requested the Punjab’s Director General of Public Relations an access to the annual expenditure of the Government of Punjab on promotional advertisement. The request has been acknowledged by DGPR. PILDAT has also assessed in its 4th monitor on Right to Information (RTI) the recent directives from the Prime Minister house and the Cabinet Division which ask all information to be withheld from disclosure that by any means harms the public interests.
On the other hand, the provincial government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has so far not uploaded on its website the attendance of the provincial parliamentarians whereas the website of the National Assembly of Pakistan regularly updates on the attendance of the members of national assembly.
