Karzai praises Afghan girls’ robotic team achievement

KABUL: Former President, Hamid Karzai congratulated the achievement of the Afghan girls’ robotic team in a match held in the United States.

“With great happiness, I learned that the Afghan girls’ robotic team who participated in an international robot contest in the United States of America, gained the silver medal and showed the brave Afghan girls’ talent to the world.” Karzai said in a statement.

“I would like to congratulate this great victory that the indicator of our youth’s interest in learning knowledge to the Afghan robotic team and the Muslim nation of Afghanistan. I hope further successes for this team and other Afghan youth.
