KABUL: Former President Hamid Karzai on Wednesday met with the head and members of the youth coordination for change institution in his office, his office said.
“In this meeting, the members of the institution provided information about the plans of the institute and emphasized over unity, strengthen of the youth, national unity and efforts in peace,” Karzai’s office said in a statement.
It added that Karzai expressed pleasure to meet with educated, talented and creative youth and encouraged them to learn education and gain more knowledge.
“Efforts of the youth lead us to construction and development of our country,” Karzai was quoted by the statement as saying.
