The Emir of Kuwait will be talking to president Putin in Moscow next week, becoming the third leader from Middle East including Syrian President Basahar AL Asad Prime Minister Benjamin Nathanyahu of Israel. Quite recently a meeting between Saudi Foreign Minister and President Putin has already taken place. However, it remains to be seen as to what issues are being taken up during these meetings and what sort of policy repercussions will follow the talks.
Observers are of the opinion that this recent tendency has spring up because of Arab leaders desire for peace in their countries which has been hinged on US foreign policy in the region, which seems to have been continually manipulated by multinational corporations for windfall gains. Russian advent in the region may be seen as a game changers for the regimes.
