AFGHANISTAN: The delegation of National Youth Organization (NYO) visited Jalalabad to commemorate the 28th death anniversary of Bacha Khan organised by the Government of Nangrahar Province.
The Pashtun youths from Khyber-Pashtunkhwa were warmly welcomed by the Government of Afghanistan and were also conveyed the message by Afghan president Ashraf Ghani.
In the event, the followers of Bacha Khan from Afghanistan and Pakistan lauded the struggle and sacrifices of Bacha Khan for the Pashtun nation in particular and the region in general.
Leader of NYO, Mohsin Dawar told THE PASHTUN TIMES that they were warmly welcomed by the officials of Nangrahar Govt. at Torkham border and were taken in a very high protocol and security to Jalalabad. He added that NYO attended the reference where Governor of Nangrahar narrated the message by Afghan President Ashraf Ghani on the 28th death anniversary of Bacha Khan.
After the reference NYO delegation offered fateha and showered flowers at the shrine of Bacha Khan followed by which they attended the lunch hosted by Governor of Nangrahar at governor house Jalalabad.
Mohsin Dawar expressed his views that NYO is highly obliged for the outstanding protocol and respect given by Afghan Government of Nangrahar Province.
