ISLAMABAD: Awami National Party’s delegation visited the Embassy of Belgium in Islamabad to offer condolences and express solidarity with the families of the victims of the Brussels attacks and the people of Belgium. The delegation was including seniors ANP members Senator Afrasiab Khattak, Central Vice President Bushra Gohar, and Senator Zahid Khan. They expressed their deepest solidarity with the victims, their families and all their close ones.
Senator Afrasiab Khattak expressed his views that terrorism is a common enemy and there is a need for making a joint front to defeat the mindset. He added that ANP is a front-liner political party, fighting against the menace of terrorism and has lost more than 1000 members including some parliamentarians and leaders. Khattak said that ANP can realise the pain of the bereaved families and said that our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and the people of Belgium.
